HOW WE STARTED

Luly and Amanda both started their journey in women's health treating mainly pregnant and postpartum women. They quickly realized a wider range of women were in need of their expertise.

Fast forward to 2023, the birth of Freya Wellness Co. 

From menstruation to menopause and everything in between, we're dedicated to providing specialized physical therapy services tailored to the unique needs of women. Our founders' passion for helping women achieve optimal health and well-being drives everything we do, shaping Freya Wellness Co. into a trusted ally on your journey to vitality and strength.
