Hi my name is Kristen. I graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in applied Physiology and Kinesiology and a minor in Dance, along with a Master of Science in Human Performance with a concentration in Biomechanics. Go Gators! I went to FIU in Miami, FL to complete a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. and moved back to my hometown of Lakeland, FL loving every moment serving those in my favorite town! I am so passionate about pelvic health topics and quickly became certified as a Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner. In my free time I love spending time with my family and friends, volunteering in my church community, gardening, and going to the beach.
